POINTILLISM . Scarf . edited by muse
This wonderful light scarf made of cotton and silk catches the sunlight. Created by fabric and fashion designer Antje Rauner after Paul Signacs masterpiece Port at Sunset. Opus 236 (Saint-Tropez). Antje Rauner focused her composition on the essence of Signacs work: the bright yellow colors, the blue and the red and orange dots. Color contrasts which makes each other glow. Signac himself named the piece an Opus, like a musical composition. Antje Rauners scarf translates this sound into a beautiful piece of fabric. Exclusively created for the Barberini Shop.
